स्वस्थ शरीर स्वस्थ मन Program focuses on health checkups and wellness sessions to develop healthy attitudes to promotes learning and strengthens its capacity as a healthy setting for school going children Talk on Health and Nutrition, Balanced diet along with yoga and aerobic sessions to improve focus, balance, strength, memory, self-esteem and stress.
The Fitness sessions by Ms.Simran Bhatia & Ms.Devjani Roy from Dance Horizon Academy focused on physical wellbeing a strategic means of improving children's health, self-esteem, Life Skills and behavior as being together improves children's behavior. It helps them to bond – whatever the music. They express their feelings of joy or excitement as dance helps children to become more imaginative, self-aware and collaborate with each other.
To screen, diagnose and impart health counseling services to the school staff.
To harmonize the burden of preventable communicable diseases by creating awareness
