Have vast experience in planning, recruitment,developing performance management system, welfare programs, identifying training needs and conducting trainings, mentoring for professionals and institutes.

Have reputable experience in South Yorkshire UK as UN Education Coordinator for programmes and campaigns for Sheffield Council UK for Children & Young People’s Inclusion and Learning Services/EMTAS Gateway Refugee Resettlement Programme. Have worked as headmistress and Vice Principal in schools in India. My strength… ability to strategize with excellent organizational skills in handling multiple activities and projects to accomplish desired results. Organize and lead seminars for women & youth development and health awareness campaign recognized and awarded by Marks& Spencer, Berkeley Bank, PHD Chambers, Ministry of doner to name a few.

Founder & President of Life of Vision Foundation India: Presently organizing programs for women empowerment, Health for Life aimed at raising awareness on health issue. My role involves bringing together communities, survivors and those who have been touched by cancer along with Cancer Awareness on Social & Preventive aspects of Cancer across Delhi NCR& other states.

I am committed to sustainable development and inclusive growth by focusing on issues relating to environment, healthy living and social advance so that it can contribute to a strong and resolute India enabling the common man to better his or her life. I gain joy and satisfaction in knowing that my efforts have made the lives of these small kids, adolescent children and women a better place. My mission is to support and guide people to make wise choices as they navigate the unique pressures of life. Focusing on basic education in the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change and also creating the environment in which every individual enjoys rights to survival, development, protection, participation and a happy environment.

Bringing Hope Through Education : we focus on children from economically backward families. Life of Vision Foundation has become partners with various Inter Colleges for education and health awareness of 25,000Minority Girls from local community between the ages of 3-16 years. The project also aims at developing aptitude and interest in girls for secondary education and skill development.

In the sphere of art and culture, works as a catalyst to boost visibility and promotion of the work through event, exhibition & shows, to encourage imminent and eminent artists and promote their art work. The opulence of art and culture has always been used as a language, a means of communication!!
